Where will my order ship from?

We are proud to work with a manufacturer that prints to order. Our fulfillment warehouses in the US and Europe. Your order will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you!    

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense. 



How are your products made?

We work with a manufacturer that prints to order. They have locations in the US and Europe, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you ASAP!


What’s your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
